    I chose the MBT Nama shoes in an effort to help reduce the pain in my lower back and the stiffness in my hips which seemed to be due to an imbalance in my step. The first week I was a little soar while my body became accustomed to having to step equally with each foot. I love the shoes and I feel they have helped me stand and walk straighter and even seem to help firm up the glutes !! I also like the look of these in particular, kind of high tech, not so much like sneakers. I wear them daily to do my errands as well as the treadmill etc. I would highly recommend !I usually need size 8 but 8.5 was a better fit.
